Ingredients
PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY PROTEIN DONUT HOLES
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400 F and prepare a cast iron donut hole skillet with non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, protein powder, sweetener, baking powder and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine until a batter comes together.
- Fill the donut hole cavities with ½ tablespoon of batter.
- Add about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter and jam into the center of each and top with another ½ tablespoon of batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes and golden brown.
- Let them cool and then stir together the glaze.
- Dip half of the donut hole in the glaze and then top with crushed Quest PB&J bar.
