Ingredients

PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY PROTEIN DONUT HOLES

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F and prepare a cast iron donut hole skillet with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, protein powder, sweetener, baking powder and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine until a batter comes together.
  5. Fill the donut hole cavities with ½ tablespoon of batter.
  6. Add about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter and jam into the center of each and top with another ½ tablespoon of batter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes and golden brown.
  8. Let them cool and then stir together the glaze.
  9. Dip half of the donut hole in the glaze and then top with crushed Quest PB&J bar.
