Phoenix, AZ – July 08, 2025 – The United States Artificial Intelligence Institute (USAII®) is delighted to announce the successful conclusion of its participation at the SHRM Annual Conference & Expo 2025, held at the San Diego Convention Center from June 28 to July 2, 2025. As one of more than 600 exhibitors, USAII® engaged with over 25,000 HR professionals, including 400+ speakers, during four days of inspiring conversations and innovation.

Keynotes included President Joe Biden discussing workforce transformation, alongside insights from actors, musicians, and other high-profile attendees who underscored the importance of human leadership in an AI-influenced future.

Throughout the conference, senior HR leaders and professionals widely endorsed the view that AI will not eliminate jobs, but rather enhance them. They acknowledged that AI upskilling is essential for boosting efficiency, productivity, and strategic decision-making across organizations.

Supporting this sentiment, McKinsey reports that nearly all employees (94%) and executives (99%) are familiar with generative AI, while 48% of employees say formal training is the most effective way to increase adoption. Meanwhile, reports estimate that AI-trained teams see up to a 37% productivity boost, and 76% of managers report better data-driven decision-making (Source – Vena Solutions).

USAII® shared its flagship offerings—comprehensive AI certification paths and customized training programs—highlighting how these initiatives build both individual capabilities and organizational resilience. Emphasis was also placed on Responsible AI, ensuring ethical, inclusive, and trustworthy deployment.
“Our comprehensive approach to AI skills development ensures that individuals and organizations are not just prepared, but truly empowered,” said Dr. Milton Mattox, CEO, USAII®.

“It was inspiring to see so many leaders agree that strategic upskilling—not workforce reduction—is the path to unlocking AI’s full potential,” added Ajit K. Jha, Chief Product Partner.

“Together with senior HR professionals at SHRM, we reinforced that AI-ready talent fuels productivity, innovation, and ethical growth,” remarked Mike Spaeth, Global Vice President.

USAII thanks all attendees and partners who visited Booth #4127. The team looks forward to ongoing collaborations to develop AI-human ecosystems that drive operational excellence and lead the future of work.
