Holland America Line is offering a historical, roundtrip cruise from Boston on July 4, 2026, the 250th anniversary of the USA.

The week-long “America’s 250th Celebration: Stars & Stripes Voyage” will take place on Zuiderdam and visit ports in Virginia, an overnight in New York City, and Canada. When the ship visits Norfolk, guests will have access to Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown.

When the cruise kicks off and leaves Boston on July 4th, it will remain in Boston Harbor for prime viewing of the city’s fireworks show.

During the visit to New York City, guests will be able to see the conclusion of “Sail 4th 250” tall ships flotilla that will take place from July 3-8, 2026. During this week, the largest fleet of the world’s tall and gray hull ship will gather together in NYC.

And with special events planned to celebrate the Fourth of July in true patriotic style, it promises to be a meaningful and memorable experience for everyone on board.”
