Pranay Maheshwari – Senior Project  Manager, Cardiff

From Bangkok to Brahmatal

Born in Bangkok, and raised across borders, Pranay’s journey has been anything but ordinary. After school in Thailand, college in Jaipur, and a Master’s degree in Project Management from Cardiff, he’s lived through enough culture shifts to make an anthropologist dizzy.

“My journey’s been a bit of a world tour, not just geographically, but mentally too,” says Pranay. “Each place taught me something new about people, pace, and adapting on the fly.”

The Viewfinder Philosophy

When life gets chaotic, Pranay turns to his camera.

“I see life in two frames — what’s real, and what I can create through my lens,” he explains. Photography is his therapy. Composing shots, editing, reworking until it feels right. It’s how he finds calm in the storm. That, and aggressively avoiding rainy weather.

And when he’s not managing large client projects at Snipp, he’s behind the camera or you may find him soundtracking life with Linkin Park on loop.

Climbing Mountains — Metaphorically & Literally

Pranay joined Snipp straight out of college, and over seven years, he’s grown into a Senior Project Manager leading international projects.  From launching complex programs across markets to coordinating remote teams and aligning timelines, his work spans multiple geographies and clients. He thrives on problem-solving, team collaboration, and the satisfaction of getting campaigns over the finish line — on time and on point.

His proudest professional milestone? Growing with Snipp.

“This was my first job. Everything I know professionally — project management, leadership, client handling — I’ve learned here.”

From project roadmaps to Himalayan trails, his mindset’s always been the same:

“I’ve always loved train maps. There’s something about figuring out the best and fastest route, where to change lines, where not to waste time. That’s how I think through travel and through life.”

No surprise then that one of his biggest personal milestones was summiting the Brahmatal trek in the Himalayas: 30 km over five days, 12,250 ft above sea level.

“My legs were dead. My heart was full.”

Remote but Rooted

At Snipp, “There really are no dumb questions here. You can ask anything, and people will genuinely help. It makes you bolder. You stop second-guessing yourself and start growing.”

That same openness carries through even while working remotely:

“Give me a laptop, WiFi, and a time zone check, and I’m good to go.”

Wisdom Incoming

To his younger self, Pranay would say:

“What you put into the world comes back to you. Lead with kindness. Give your best. That energy always finds its way home.”

And the best advice he’s ever received?

“The difference between perception and perspective.”

One is what’s in front of you. The other is how you choose to see it.
