Beyoncé is one step closer to being an Emmy Award winner!

The 43-year-old “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM” singer has previously been nominated for a total of eight Emmys. The nominations for the 2025 Emmy Awards have been released and now, Beyoncé is one step closer to winning her first Emmy.

Beyoncé landed a nomination in the Outstanding Variety Special (Live) category for her performance during the Baltimore Ravens vs. Houston Texans game that took place on December 25, 2024.

The singer is up against some stiff competition in the category with other nominees including The Oscars, Kendrick Lamar for his Super Bowl halftime show, and SNL50 being nominated twice for The Anniversary Special and The Homecoming Concert.

Beyoncé and Alex Rudzinski are also nominated in the Outstanding Directing for a Variety Special category for the Netflix halftime show performance.

The two nominations make a total of 10 across Beyoncé‘s career with past nominations including her 2016 Lemonade film and 2019′s Homecoming: A Film by Beyoncé.
