DAILY GARDENING – Morning Garden Routine That Changed My State Of Mind
Every morning starts with a walk through my garden to deadhead, harvest, and check in. Today I’m bringing you with me. We take care of the dahlias, clean up heat-damaged plants, harvest the first-ever kohlrabi, and get new salad greens and carrots in the ground.
There’s peace in the small stuff: trimming a leaf, noticing a bloom, planting a seed. This is how I create calm through chaos.
