Mike Santana Talks Slammiversary, Set For July 20th At The UBS Arena In His Home State: New York

Multi-Time World Tag Team Champion Santana Aims For The TNA World Championship In A Three-Way Match At Slammiversary

The biggest, most important live event in TNA Wrestling history is Slammiversary, which will air live on pay-per-view on Sunday, July 20, from the UBS Arena, home of the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League.

Mike Santana is in the Slammiversary main event: a three-way battle for the TNA World Championship, now held by NXT’s Trick Williams. Joe Hendry, meanwhile, is looking to reclaim the World Championship.

Santana is available for media interviews on Wednesday & Thursday, July 16-17, as TNA Wrestling builds toward Slammiversary on Sunday, July 20.

MIKE SANTANA

One of the most decorated and accomplished tag team wrestlers in TNA Wrestling history, Mike Santana is now on the singles circuit, driven to win the TNA World Championship ever since his return to TNA in April 2024. Santana is a 4-time TNA World Tag Team Champion as half of the team LAX – and their combined 662 days as champions is the most in company history by more than 100 days over Beer Money, Inc. (Bobby Roode & James Storm). A New York native who still lives in The Bronx, Santana made his pro wrestling debut in 2007.

All the TNA stars will be in New York for Slammiversary, including Jeff and Matt Hardy, Ryan and Nic Nemeth, Mustafa Ali, Steve Maclin, Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, Moose, Eric Young and such Knockouts as Tessa Blanchard, Masha Slamovich and Indi Hartwell, among others.

Tickets for Slammiversary in New York are on sale at Ticketmaster.com.
