Join me for a 20 minute FULL BODY WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen from head to toe! Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells (I’ll be using a set of 8lb weights). This routine will be quick paced with LOW IMPACT (no jumping) and NO REPEATS. So let’s get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik
