It’s been over four decades since the original, groundbreaking mockumentary This Is Spinal Tap hit screens in 1984, and now, fans are getting their first glimpse of Rob Reiner’s highly anticipated sequel, Spinal Tap II: The End Continues.

Forty-one years after their comedic debut, estranged bandmates David St. Hubbins (Michael McKean), Nigel Tufnel (Christopher Guest), and Derek Smalls (Harry Shearer) are forced to reunite for what promises to be one final, epic concert. The sequel also marks the return of documentarian Marty DiBergi (Rob Reiner), who once again attempts to capture the aging metal gods as they confront their own mortality and the ever-present fear that their twelfth drummer might just join the ranks of their predecessors in The Great Beyond.

Directed by Rob Reiner and starring Reiner, Christopher Guest, Harry Shearer, and Michael McKean.
