TreeHouse Foods (NYSE:THS) announced that it will offer $100 million shares of common stock in a secondary offering.
Treehouse intends to use the proceeds from the offering to partially fund its acquisition of Sturm Foods, which it expects to close on March 2nd.
Shares of TreeHouse Foods are unchanged permarket.
