Protein quark bars can be bought in almost every store. But what about making them at home from quality ingredients, with a taste that will amaze everyone after the first bite? The combination of curd cheese, chocolate, and a topping of freeze-dried fruit creates a perfect harmony of flavours. If you prepare them in summer, they will be a perfect refreshment on hot days.

Preparation:
Combine the quark with liquid honey, protein and sweeten with flavour drops. Blend everything with an immersion blender until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Prepare a rectangular loaf pan and line it with baking paper. Pour the prepared quark cream into it and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Once removed, cut the frozen curd cheese into bars (we made 10 pieces) and dip each bar in melted chocolate with coconut oil. Place them on baking paper and sprinkle with crumbled freeze-dried fruit (we used strawberries). Store uneaten bars in the freezer and let them thaw at room temperature before serving.
