Good sleep depends on how our brain responds to various internal and external factors. Many of these factors are naturally present on typical pre-COVID workdays. However, the WFH era removes some sleep-promoting factors while adding factors that increase the risk of insomnia. This talk describes what they are and how we can change our environment to improve sleep.
