For SO many years I have worked on our health in all other aspects of life (the food we eat, supplements, air quality, water quality, materials/products in our home etc), but ignoring the one place we all spend half our life!
I started doing a deep dive into mattresses and was shocked by the toxins that we inhale while we sleep every night 🙁 it took me lots of years of researching natural beds/bedding to finally get to where we are, picking away at things each year like wool duvets, and natural fibre sheets (organic cotton, linen, etc) and this year we finally decided on our actual bed.
