The Realme GT 8 has been rumored to arrive in October – and that’s the same month in which the OnePlus Ace 6 is supposedly arriving as well. These two phones don’t just share that similarity, but another one as well.
According to a new rumor out of China, they will both have a battery capacity around 8,000 mAh. That would make them record-breaking for each of the two brands, since neither Realme nor OnePlus have so far launched a smartphone with such a huge battery.

They would also match the Honor Power, the mainstream device that brought an 8,000 mAh battery to the market first, back in April. The OnePlus Ace 6 should have a “1.5K” resolution screen with 165 Hz refresh rate, and it will apparently launch alongside the OnePlus 15.
On the other hand, the Realme GT 8 will arrive at the same time as the GT 8 Pro, which hasn’t happened very often lately. Unfortunately, no other details about the Realme GT 8 and OnePlus Ace 6 are known just yet, but we’ll bring you more information when we have it.
