Flower Essences for Feeling Over-Reactive

Is it “over-reactive” to be upset about the news or other things that might be going on in your life? Maybe not. But if your first response to any new thing that happens is to be overcome with a reactive response no matter how big or small the incident is, maybe it would help to calm the touchiness down (for YOUR sake).

I was reminded about the value of my “Calming Reactivity” formula a few days ago. A situation at work was pushing my buttons so hard, this peaceful diplomatic Libra decided not to respond to an unexpected work phone call for fear I’d lose my temper. After all, it wasn’t during my scheduled work hours. But it was more than that. Reasons to feel on edge have been going on for awhile and not just at work. Unless you’re living in a monastery somewhere, you know what I mean. So I’ve been caught up in a cranky “Get off my lawn!” attitude. (Unless I’ve been in an actual panic—I recommend Releasing Worry and Fear or Emotional Recovery for that!)
But I wasn’t in a panic the other day. I pulled out this formula and moments later, blessed relief. I felt so much calmer. I kept using it throughout the day and had a better night’s sleep, too!

    The ingredients include:

LARCH: for more faith that things you or we do could work out despite what seems to be happening now
NICOTIANA: for deep inner peace, relaxation
WILLOW: for renewed optimism and faith when feeling resentful or in misery

    Highly recommend it!

Flower essences are used to assist with mind-body-spirit interactions and individual results may vary. They are extremely dilute which makes them quite safe. But because so little physical substance can be detected in a flower essence solution, these products are presumed to work on an energetic or vibrational level—something that cannot be adequately tested by western scientific methods. Claims made by me, therefore, are based on personal experiences and the evidence of the combined multiple decades of case notes by Dr. Edward Bach as well as Healing Herbs and Flower Essence Services (the companies who make the ingredients I use in my products). This is not, however, accepted medical evidence or substantiated scientific evidence from a modern allopathic point of view. I am not a medical doctor or licensed healthcare practitioner.
