Apple introduced the new iPad Air last March, and prices have stayed pretty steady at stores ever since. Even back on Prime Day in July, the 11-inch iPad Air dipped only temporarily to around $479, and that already created plenty of hype.
But Amazon is now doing it one better for Labor Day with a new all-time low for the 128GB Wi-Fi model: just $449, down from its usual $599. Considering how well iPad Air devices perform, I doubt we’ll see another slump like this leading into the holiday season.

The rear 12MP camera is for taking excellent photos and recording in 4K, a lifeline for scanning documents or catching momentary things without needing to pick up your phone.
Amazon might be cutting deep into margins with this price, but if you’re looking for a high-end tablet, this deal should be tough to walk away from.
