Use the toggle to disable default alerts for the question if applicable. If you enable alerts for your team, our platform will trigger the following default alerts:

  • NPS/eNPS detractors — a respondent scores less than 7
  • NPS/eNPS passives — a respondent scores 7 or 8
  • CES/EES disgruntled customers — a respondent scores less than 4
  • CES/EES neutral customers — a respondent scores 4 or 5
  • CSAT/ESAT disgruntled customers — a respondent scores less than 3
  • CSAT/ESAT neutral customers — a respondent scores 3

Use the logic builder to define your custom conditions (e.g. NPS < 5 or keywords like “CEO” can be included in free text responses). These conditions will now generate a custom alert or ticket.
