During pregnancy, we often fear eating ‘hot’ foods. However, our ancient texts don’t actually classify foods as ‘hot’ or ‘cold.’

👉 Dry fruits are considered ‘hot,’ but they are an excellent source of healthy fats. Consuming them in moderate quantities is completely safe and can even be beneficial for your health.

👉 Similarly, we fear eating non-vegetarian food because we believe it increases body heat. But this is not true. Non-veg is a great source of lean protein. During pregnancy, consuming lean protein in moderation can be beneficial for both you and your baby.

❗ The belief that eating hot foods causes miscarriage is a myth. There is no scientific evidence to support this claim.
