You won't believe what Wall Street is doing in the Housing Market now.

Home prices are dropping in Atlanta. Investors are selling out of the market and this could be the sign of a big housing crash. The last time Wall Street sold out of South Atlanta it was right before the 2008 housing crash.

I filmed this video in College Park, GA, a historically low to middle income suburb south of Atlanta. Wall Street homebuyers have had a big history of buying houses here, and in 2022 investors bought 58% of the houses.

Now they’re selling. Values are dropping, and dropping hard. Data from Zillow shows that home values are down 7% in the last year, and could drop by more in the future, due to the institutional investor crash.

The question is: will there be a good time to buy houses in this area south of Atlanta? Some of these homes sold for $50,000 at the end of the last housing crash. Now they’re selling for $250,000 to $300,000. Just how much could they drop in the future?
