The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs that the Colombian Government, in conjunction with the Colombian Institute of Educational Credit and Technical Studies Abroad (ICETEX), is offering scholarships to foreign nationals at the master’s level, as part of the “Colombia Scholarship for Foreigners” program for the 2025-2026 academic year. Application deadline: Monday, June 13, 2025.
