Indonesia: Management company Cross Hotels & Resorts has signed a dual-branded lifestyle hotel deal in the mixed-use development The Mix in Batam.
Developed by PT MIG Putra Indonesia, a joint venture between PURI Group Indonesia and Rime Properties Group Malaysia, the project marks Cross Hotels & Resorts’ second in Batam.
The two hotels will be located within The Mix – an integrated development in Pasir Putih, Batam Centre.
Cross Batam The Mix will offer suites starting from 115 square metres along with fully-equipped kitchenettes, catering to long-term guests.
The design-led Cross Vibe Batam The Mix will be located in the 23-storey View Tower.
Both hotels are scheduled to open in phases from 2027, with full operations expected by 2028.
