Step 4: Granting Access To Google Sheets And Moving The Data

When you’re ready to export, click the button to “Add to a new spreadsheet.” Magical AI will ask if you want to transfer data from all open profiles or just the current one. Choose what works best. Typically, moving all at once is easiest.

A new Google Sheet will open, already populated with the extracted data. If it is the first time that you use a Google product with Magical AI, a pop-up asking for access permission will appear.

Want to add more profiles later?

No problem, just search for a new one, open it, then go to your sheet and type // to bring up the profile info. Select the one you want, and Magical AI will pull in the data automatically.
