Wrapping Haitian Heritage Month with teaching you guys how to make griot the Haitian way. For those who don’t know, this fried pork is one of the most popular meals in the Haitian culture.
I’ve loved this ever since I was a kid and my family used to make fritay. It is such a mind blowing experience being able to teach people to make this and I was honored that my lovely Lola asked me to make it for her graduation party (S/O to my girl for getting that degree AND job offers. IKTR!)
