Are skin supplements really essential? 🤔
With so many trending ingredients in the market, it’s hard to know what actually works and what’s just hype. In this video, I break down the most popular skin supplements — how effective they truly are, what the science says, and whether they’re worth your money.

Here’s my dermatologist-rated breakdown:

Glutathione – 7/10
A powerful antioxidant known for its “”skin glow”” benefits, but oral forms often have poor absorption, making results inconsistent.

Vitamin C – 8/10
Essential for collagen production and overall skin health, especially effective when combined with Vitamin E.

Collagen – 8.5/10
Backed by studies, hydrolyzed collagen peptides can improve skin hydration and elasticity when taken consistently.

Omega-3 – 8.5/10
Anti-inflammatory fatty acids that support skin barrier function and elasticity. A great addition for most skin types.

Vitamin E – 7/10
An antioxidant that works better when paired with Vitamin C. Alone, its results are modest, and high doses can be harmful.

NAD+ 4.5/10
Supports cellular repair and anti-aging, but lacks long-term safety studies. Use with caution.
