Capcom Spotlight returns tonight to show off more Pragmata, Street Fighter 6 and Monster Hunter Wilds – but you’re probably tuning in for Resident Evil: Requiem

It’s almost time for Capcom to deliver on its promise of showing us more of the various games it brought out earlier this month. At Summer Game Fest and elsewhere, the Japanese publisher officially revealed Resident Evil: Requiem, revived Pragmata, and delivered some news for Street Fighter 6.

Almost all of these reveals, however, were pretty brief, practically serving as a teaser for a bigger show, where more of substance will be shared. That show is Capcom Spotlight, and it returns today.

The line-up for this episode of Capcom Spotlight was previously confirmed to include all of the Summer Game Fest reveals, as well as a big look at Monster Hunter Wild’s next major update. Title Update 2, as it’s called, is expected before the end of the month, so we’re easily getting a solid release date and some final details.

Street Fighter 6’s segment will focus on the game’s recently-announced Year 3 roster, which brings Sagat to the game this summer, C. Viper in the fall, Alex in early spring next year, and Ingrid later that same spring. It’s quite possible a full release date for Sagat will be revealed as part of the show.

Pragmata’s recent return from the dead was especially welcome, in part because most felt the game had been quietly cancelled after years of delays. Capcom, however, had other ideas, and the company not only showed actual gameplay footage – and announced a new 2026 release window – the game was playable at Summer Game Fest. We expect to see snippets of that demo tonight, alongside extended developer interviews.

The thing everyone is tuning in for, of course, is Resident Evil Requiem. The game’s Summer Game Fest unveiling was incredibly brief, serving only to set the scene, and fuel speculation about the time period and the state of the world.

Media and journalists got to see a demo of the game being played by the developers, so that’s what we’re hoping everyone will be seeing tonight. There’s a lot of mystery surrounding the 9th mainline entry of the iconic horror franchise, especially given some of the language Capcom used to describe the sort of game that it is.

Capcom Spotlight is a 40-minute show that will be kicking off today at 3pm PT, 6pm ET, 11pm BST. You can watch it live through the below embeds, or directly on Capcom’s YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, and TikTok channels.
