At $2 billion, the IPO is set to be Malaysia’s biggest IPO since private hospital operator IHH Healthcare raised $2.1 billion n 2012.
Reuters reported that parent MMC Corp, which owns 100 percent of MMC Port Holdings, will sell an up to 30 percent stake in the port operator in the IPO.
