As part of institutional strengthening and public governance, the National Commission for Public Procurement (CNMP) delivered a series of high-level training courses between April and June 2025, focusing on the certification of public procurement professionals.
This strategic initiative enabled the development of skills among several cohorts of public officials and technical managers, including two distinguished representatives of the Specialized Commission for Public Procurement (CSMP), Me Jean Ronald Pachoute and Smith Gilbert Gauthier, also affiliated with the National School Canteen Program (PNCS).
They rigorously and diligently completed a program of legal, technical, and ethical modules, aligned with national and international standards for public procurement.
After several weeks of intensive training, punctuated by rigorous assessments, the candidates were declared certified public procurement professionals, a formal recognition attested by the official presentation of their certificate. This distinction recognizes not only their mastery of procurement, execution, and control procedures, but also their commitment to the principles of transparency, legality, and sound management of public funds.
This certification serves as a true seal of expertise, granting its holders increased legitimacy in the conduct of government contracting procedures. Like guardians of legal orthodoxy, they become pillars of integrity and accountability in the public sphere, serving the public interest and sustainable development.
