Let’s Play Chef Collection’ Coming To European Cinemas

EXCLUSIVE: Bluey is hitting European cinemas two years before the big movie.

Bluey at the Cinema: Let’s Play Chef Collection will roll out in European big screens from later this month, bringing togetther eight fan-favorite episodes from the celebrated kids hit across an hour. Each episode showcases the fun and games that Bluey and her family enjoy together, with eps including Takeaway, Fancy Restaurant, Omelette and Duck Cake.

Starting with Spain on July 23, the collection will launch in cinemas in France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Poland.

The collection is the result of a partnership between Piece of Magic Entertainment and Vue Lumière following the latter’s acquisition of rights from BBC Studios. The release follows the UK and Ireland box office rollout of both Bluey at the Cinema: Family Trip Collection and Let’s Play Chef Collection.

Johnny Carr, Head of Event Cinema and Distribution at Vue Lumière, said:
“Following outstanding box office success in the UK and Ireland – with over 400,000 admissions for the Family Trip Collection and Let’s Play Chef Collection – we’re thrilled to be expanding Bluey’s cinema adventures across Europe.”

The Bluey movie will hit the big screen in 2027 following a deal struck between Disney and BBC Studios.
