So I just finished my cut where I went from looking like this to this. And now for my current goals, I’ve already started eating more calories to help get my metabolism back to normal. At the end of the cut I was just eating 2100 calories per day and have since then been adding about 100 calories per day each week to help fix my metabolsim. Right now, I’m feeling much better and currently eating 2600 calories per day as well as getting in 170grams of protein in. Once I get my metabolism back to normal my goal is to lean bulk, aiming to bulk about 1 pound every 2 weeks for a year, where then I will introduce another cutting cycle at the start of next year.
