The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre has appointed Rogelio de Castro as its new assistant marketing manager, further strengthening its leadership team as it sharpens its brand positioning in the region.

De Castro brings more than eight years of hospitality experience, with a proven track record in communications, brand strategy and digital storytelling. He most recently served as cluster PR and communications executive for Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront, and Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Canal View in Business Bay.

His career in the UAE began at the iconic Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek, where he gained early experience managing communications for one of the country’s most established heritage properties. He went on to lead marketing initiatives across Business Bay, building a reputation for creativity and strong brand alignment.

In 2024, De Castro was named to the Marketing Power List 2024 by Hotelier Middle East, which recognises 101 of the region’s leading hospitality marketing professionals.
