Vince McMahon Spotted Stepping Out in NYC Weeks After Car Crash and Hair Transformation

Vince McMahon was spotted out in public for the first time since his shocking car crash and drastic new look—and he wasn’t alone.

The former WWE Chairman stepped out in New York City on August 23, 2025, seen leaving a restaurant alongside longtime allies Bruce Prichard and JBL. Also with them were Bruce’s wife, Gerald Brisco, and what appeared to be Gerald’s wife.

McMahon was filmed getting into the backseat of a vehicle—not behind the wheel this time—as he exited the establishment. The appearance comes just weeks after his wild crash on Connecticut’s Merritt Parkway, which sent another driver flying off the road. Since then, McMahon has kept a low profile, only recently surfacing with a surprising new hairstyle in the TMZ special The Real Hulk Hogan, where he now sports slicked-back white hair.

According to TMZ’s prior reporting, McMahon was behind the wheel of his $250,000 Bentley at speeds of up to 90 mph when he rear-ended Barbara Doran’s BMW. Doran posted on Facebook that the impact launched her car over 100 yards and off the road:

“I and the dog are mostly fine, but was lucky to have kept control of the car, more or less, as I shot off the road after being catapulted over 100 yards.”

A state trooper was reportedly already trying to pull McMahon over for erratic driving when the crash occurred. The officer told Doran:

“McMahon saw me last minute and swerved, smashing into my left rear, but that if he had hit me full on, there might’ve been a very different ending for me.”

Sources close to WWE told Fightful Select that McMahon’s unpredictable driving has long been a cause for concern. One longtime employee revealed:

“It was a ‘joke, but serious,’ within the company for many years that Vince was an erratic driver. Some in his close circle would intentionally not ride with him when offered.”

Another source added that even in his semi-retirement, Vince has always preferred being in control—especially behind the wheel:

“Naturally he will be driven places on occasion, but that happened a lot more when he was on the road with WWE. He’s always enjoyed driving himself.”

McMahon’s latest public sighting in Manhattan—paired with his new Cruella de Vil-style white hair and the lingering fallout from his accident—suggests he may be slowly re-emerging into the spotlight, but not without raising eyebrows.
