Samsung has officially announced the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite, expanding its Galaxy Tab S10 series with a more accessible option aimed at users seeking performance and productivity at a lower cost. The tablet will be offered in three finishes—Gray, Silver, and Coral Red—and will be available in the US starting September 4. Pricing details, however, have not yet been disclosed, with Samsung only describing it as “affordable.”
At the core of the device is the Exynos 1380 chipset, the same processor powering mid-range smartphones such as the Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A35 5G. This positions the Tab S10 Lite as a mid-tier offering within Samsung’s tablet range, prioritizing balanced performance for everyday tasks rather than high-end processing power.
The tablet features a 10.9-inch display with peak brightness of 600 nits. It includes Vision Booster, Samsung’s adaptive outdoor visibility feature that fine-tunes colors and contrast for readability in bright conditions. Powering the display and internals is an 8000mAh battery with support for 25W Super-Fast charging, provided that users purchase a compatible Samsung charger separately.
Out of the box, the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite runs on Android 15. It will be available in two memory and storage configurations—6GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage—with the option to expand storage by up to 2TB via microSD card. The tablet includes a basic camera setup, with an 8MP rear camera and 5MP front camera, largely designed for casual photography and video calls.
A key highlight of the Tab S10 Lite is the inclusion of the S Pen, bundled free of charge. The pen is integrated with Samsung’s ecosystem of productivity tools, including Circle to Search with Google, which allows on-screen queries without app switching. Samsung is also providing trial offers for apps like GoodNotes and Clip Studio Paint, catering particularly to users interested in note-taking and creative work. Additionally, the tablet supports the Galaxy AI Key when paired with the optional Book Cover Keyboard, available as a separate purchase.
