Despite these challenges, many still manage to conceive naturally. In this video, I’ll explain a simple process called self-insemination that can be done at home. 🏡
Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ The husband collects his semen in a wide-mouth container, like the one used for a semen analysis test. 🧪
You can ask your doctor for this container, along with a syringe and cannula. 💉
2️⃣ The semen should be injected into the female partner during her fertile period, usually between days 10 and 18 of her cycle. 📅 Either the husband or wife can do this. 🤝
3️⃣ After injecting the semen, the woman should lie down for 30 minutes with a pillow under her hips for support. 🛏️💤
This method is especially helpful for couples under 30 who are having trouble with sperm ejection during sex.
However, it’s important to check your fertility with your gynecologist before trying this.
If sex is the only issue, your doctor might recommend this approach. 👨⚕️
