There’s something deeply nostalgic about simple shapes and bright colors – they instantly transport you back to the easy pleasures of childhood. Collection CO, the debut furniture line by Belgian designer Debora Vancayzeele, taps into that same playful spirit. With its bold geometric forms and sunny color palette, the collection feels less like traditional furniture and more like an invitation to reconnect with your inner child – a sense of self Vancayzeele hopes to restore through both introspection and play.
Delta
Collection CO consists of three pieces: Delta, Pivot, and Vertex. Each one embraces geometry as both structure and story, functioning not only as furniture but also as building blocks for the imagination:

Delta
Delta’s triangular silhouette appears unstable at first glance, but two interlocking forms reveal a quiet equilibrium that works as a bench or coffee table. Named after the Greek delta symbol, it suggests that growth and movement come from openness and change.

Pivot
The Pivot side table is also composed of two geometric forms, this time with one bisecting the other. Each part supports and stabilizes the other, alluding to the power of connection and reciprocity.

Vertex
The Vertex lounge chair balances stillness and motion. Its name refers to the point where lines converge, and in this case, it represents a tipping point – the precise moment when a structure shifts into something new, even if only by a fraction.

Though rooted in play, the collection is built with staying power. Made entirely from powder-coated aluminum, each piece is weather-resistant and durable enough for the outdoors, yet just as easily enjoyed inside. By resisting the conventional labels of “indoor” or “outdoor” furniture, the collection extends its own life, adapting to wherever you need it most.

Vertex
Just like the simple shapes and colors found in our childhood, Collection CO reminds us that furniture doesn’t have to be confined by seriousness or stripped of imagination. It can be both playful and purposeful, inviting us to see our spaces not only as functional but places to spark joy and have fun.
