Footage shows protesters blocking the streets and throwing objects at police officers, as well as running from tear gas and water cannons police were using to disperse them.
At least 10 people were hospitalized with gunshot injuries during the rallies in Kenya according to a hospital source and a report by Citizen Television. It was not immediately clear who had shot them.
