The study proudly names the Sentiero Degli Dei, or ‘The Path of The Gods,’ in Italy as the best hiking trail in the world. This stunning 8km trail is an easy one-day hike that connects two small towns, Agerola and Nocelle. It’s a popular choice, evidenced by over 60,000 Instagram hashtags and a remarkable 100% ‘love’ social reaction, indicating its widespread appeal.
New Zealand’s Tongariro Alpine Crossing takes the second spot, offering a beautiful trek through a volcanic landscape within a World Heritage Site.
