In this video we look at stock trading on margin alternatively referred to as using leverage.
Using margin or leverage, is often frowned upon due to its misuse amongst amateur traders, but for the well informed professional trader using margin can make a significant positive difference to your trading returns.
I personally choose to use leverage as an efficient use of capital, although I do have vast experience in the markets and fully understand the concept of using leverage in a margin account.
Discipline and risk management are key attributes to applying such leverage, a lack of either can be devastating.
