Recipe:
1. Take pizza dough, form balls, let it rest and then roll it out to form a pizza base.
2. Then take a pan with a thick base, make holes in the base using a fork and cook the base from one side.
3. Now flip it over to the other side, apply pizza sauce, add some cheese, oregano, chilli flakes, paneer, veggies of choice, more cheese, coriander (optional), some salt, black pepper and pickled chillies. Top it with some oil.
4. Cover with a lid and let it cook on low to medium flame until the base is beautiful golden brown and the cheese has melted. Enjoy!
