Who Is Barron Trump? Meet Donald Trump’s 18-Year-Old Son

0

Ivana Trump was the first wife of Former President Donald Trump. Born in Gottwaldov, Czechoslovakia—now Zlín of the Czech Republic—in 1949, she rose to fame as a competitive skier. And, thanks to her marriage to Austrian ski instructor Alfred Winklmayr in 1971, Ivana was able to travel often outside of Czechoslovakia.

According to her book Raising Trump, the model met Donald three years after her 1973 divorce during a New York trip, where she’d traveled for a Canadian fashion show ahead of the Montreal Olympics. They wed in 1977 and welcomed three kids: Donald Trump Jr. born in 1977, Ivanka Trump born in 1981 and Eric Trump born in 1984.

The pair’s divorce was finalized in 1992 following his affair with Marla Maples, whom he later married.

However, Ivana—who then married Riccardo Mazzucchelli for two years followed by Rossano Rubicondi for less than a year—and Donald remained on good terms.

“Donald during the divorce was brutal,” she told ABC News in 2017. “He took the divorce as a business deal, and he cannot lose. He has to win. So he took about two years. And after the final situation was straightened up, we would just talk and we are friends.”

Ivana died in 2022 at age 73. According to NBC News, the New York City Medical Examiner said she died of “blunt impact injuries” and that her manner of death was an accident. A senior NYC official with direct knowledge added the circumstances were consistent with a fall on the stairs in her New York apartment.

Ice Spice & Kai Cenat Link Up For Livestream

Kai Cenat and Ice Spice broadcasted together from the back of a U-Haul truck in New York City on Thursday, July 25. The Bronx-bred femcee previously streamed with Kai in August 2023, but they decided to reunite to mark the release of her new ‘Y2K’ album.

Of course, the duo’s stream was filled with several viral moments. One particular incident that stood out between Kai and the ‘Deli’ rapper was when he asked her to freestyle. Kai quickly played an instrumental song, which led Ice Spice decided to turn around and bounce to the beat.

“That was your freestyle?” Kai says after Ice finishes. Although confused, he still applauded and smiled from ear to ear.

Social Media Reacts

Commenters under The Shade Room’s Instagram report were disappointed to see Ice Spice twerk instead of spittin’ bars. Some even suggested that she could’ve opted for another dance move instead.

Instagram user @bonitabillionaire wrote, He told her to freestyle & she started twerking 😭😭😭”

Instagram user @nini.symone wrote, She’s corny for twerking anyways😭😭 say a joke or something.”

While Instagram user @lala_camilla wrote, When he told her to freestyle and she started twerking. These new rap girls couldn’t have survived during the BET awards cyber FREESTYLE sessions. I miss those days.”

Then Instagram user @mheenarh__ wrote, She gave y’all what she has to offer, no bars just ahhhsss😂”

Finally Instagram user @viina_____ wrote, “She don’t know how to heel toe or butterfly? damn.”

Ice Drops Visuals With Travis Scott

With the release of her ‘Y2K’ album on Friday, July 26, Ice Spice quickly followed up by dropping the music video for her track ‘Oh Shhh’ featuring Travis Scott.

The music video sees Ice and Travis in certain areas of New York. A clip even sees her transform into the State of Liberty, of course, with her own baddie twist.

‘Y2K’ is currently available on all streaming services. Ice’s debut album includes ten tracks and also features appearances by Central Cee and Gunna.

Verizon subsidiary pays $16 million after three data breaches left subscribers vulnerable to attacks

0

Verizon subsidiary TracFone Wireless has agreed to write a $16 million check to cover a civil penalty that has been imposed on it by the FCC. The company was charged the penalty following an investigation into three separate data breaches that occurred between January 2021 and January 2023. The first one was discovered in December 2021 and resulted in numerous attempts by the attackers to transfer customer phone numbers to other carriers without the permission of the subscribers whose phone numbers were involved.

This attack is known as port-out fraud which is when criminals, using stolen personal information, trick the wireless firm, in this case TracFone, into believing that a customer has made a legitimate request to move his account to another one he has with a different carrier. Instead, the customer’s wireless service is ported over to an account owned by the attacker who then takes over the phone and the apps installed by intercepting phone calls, SMS messages, and two-factor authentication codes. This allows the attacker access to the victim’s bank, securities, credit card and cryptocurrency accounts draining all of the available funds in seconds.

Port-out fraud is similar to a SIM swap. The latter attack involves the criminal asking for and receiving a SIM card attached to a subscriber’s account by pretending to be the customer wither on the web or via a phone call with the wireless company. Once the new SIM card is sent to an address given by the thief to the carrier, the requested SIM is placed in the attacker’s phone allowing him to hijack the customer’s account. Similar to port-out fraud, the thief intercepts phone calls, SMS messages, and two-factor authentication codes allowing him to access and drain the victim’s bank, securities, credit card, and cryptocurrency accounts.,

TracFone’s order website was involved in two other incidents which took place in December 2022 and January 2023. Both times the attackers were able to access order information without being authenticated. The bad actors were able to exploit an online vulnerability that wasn’t patched until February 2023. The FCC accused TracFone of failing to reasonably secure the personal information belonging to its customers which is a violation. Wireless carriers are expected to use every reasonable precaution to protect their customers’ personal information.

Section 222 of the Communications Act says that the failure to reasonably secure customers’ proprietary information violates a carrier’s duty. It also constitutes an unjust and unreasonable practice in violation of Section 201 of the Act. In addition to paying the civil penalty of $16 million, as part of the Consent Decree, TracFone has agreed to launch an information security program to reduce API vulnerabilities. Reducing these flaws should make it harder for attackers to find a vulnerability to exploit.

The FCC also had TracFone agree to improve its defense against serious customer attacks via the aforementioned SIM swaps and port-out fraud. The company will also train employees on privacy and security matters.

TracFone, a wholly owned subsidiary of Verizon Wireless, owns brands such as Straight Talk, Total by Verizon Wireless, and Walmart Family Mobile. Verizon acquired TracFone for over $6 billion in cash and stock with the deal first announced in September 2020. The transaction closed in November 2021.

Amazon is giving The Boys the prequel treatment

0

The Boys may be one season away from ending but it’s not done caking your screens with blood and torn muscle tissue. Cast member Jensen Ackles who plays Soldier Boy on The Boys revealed at the San Diego Comic-Con that Amazon will produce a prequel of the superhero show called Vought Rising.

The new prequel will take place in the 1950s during the early days of the evil Vought empire, the mega conglomerate that runs the entire superhero industry in The Boys’ universe. The new series will show the early exploits of characters like Soldier Boy and the almost-immortal Nazi supe Stormfront played by Aya Cash. The story will revolve around some kind of “twisted murder mystery about the origins of Vought,” according to executive producer Eric Kripke and showrunner and executive producer Paul Grellong.

Vought Rising sounds like a reimagining of Watchmen without the brooding and self-importance. That’s not to say Watchmen is bad. Those things and its brutal honesty about the nature of its characters are what makes it great but would it kill Rorschach to make just one curse-laden pop culture reference?

The Boys has become Amazon’s Game of Thrones. Even when the main series ends, it won’t be the last we hear from it. The same Comic-Con panel also revealed its college themed spinoff Gen V is getting another season, according to GamesRadar+. There’s also another spinoff in development called The Boys: Mexico with Diego Luna, Gael García Bernal and Blue Beetle writer Gareth Dunnet-Alcocer, according to Deadline.

There’s also The Boys Presents: Diabolical, the animated anthology series in which some of the original series’ writers and producers like Garth Ennis and Seth Rogen and special guest stars like Awkwafina and Andy Samberg penned original stories about supes and presented them in different animation styles. Not to sound ungrateful but when are we gonna get another season of that?

How to Figure out if Your Wife Wants to be Ravished

Years ago, we did a survey about being ravished sexually. Seventy-two percent of the women said they would like to be ravished. About half had experienced it before and wanted again, with 81% saying either it was very good, or the best sex ever.

Of course, there is no telling if your wife feels this way, or if she would tell you if you asked. Beyond that, this is the kind of thing a woman wants done without having to ask for it or say she wants it.

So here’s a good way to nudge up to that without causing a problem. At a time when you think she would be receptive, kiss your wife with extreme prejudice. Push her up against the wall as you kiss her. Be aware how she responds; is she into it, or resisting? Is she okay but shy?

If she seems to be enjoying it, keep going, and let your hands roam to her breasts. If that is well received, move a leg to press against her crotch, and keep going until she has an orgasm or begs you to take her to bed and give her one.

If she seems to enjoy it but doesn’t want to take it “all the way”, make it something you do more often. If it goes well, next time go further.

Mortgage refinance demand jumps to a 2-year high, as interest rates drop

Mortgage rates dropped to the lowest level since March last week, sparking swift demand in refinancing. Homebuyers, however, seemed unimpressed.

Applications to refinance a home loan jumped 15% last week, compared with the previous week, to the highest level since August 2022, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association’s seasonally adjusted index. Demand was 37% higher than the same week one year ago when mortgage rates were exactly the same.

While the increase last week was large, it is coming off a very small base. Refinance demand is still more than 70% lower than it was in early 2020, before the Covid-19 pandemic hit.

The average contract interest rate for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages with conforming loan balances ($766,550 or less) decreased to 6.87% from 7.00%, with points dropping to 0.57 from 0.60 (including the origination fee) for loans with a 20% down payment.

“Mortgage rates declined last week, as recent signs of cooling inflation and the increased likelihood of Fed rate cuts later this year pulled them lower,” said Joel Kan, MBA’s vice president and deputy chief economist, in a release.

Applications for a mortgage to purchase a home fell 3% for the week and were 14% lower than the same week one year ago. Buyers today are facing a lean and pricey market, and now, with the expectation that rates could drop even more, they may be waiting on the sidelines for a better opportunity. More supply is slowly coming onto the market and sellers are starting to reduce prices, especially for homes that have been sitting on the market for a while.

Mortgage rates have not changed much to start this week, despite a stronger-than-expected report on retail sales.

Astronauts, Cosmonauts Focus on Maintenance; SpaceX Crew-9 Introduces Itself – Space Station

0

Astronaut Tracy C. Dyson unpacks and examines research gear inside the International Space Station’s Columbus laboratory module.

The orbital residents representing Expedition 71 and NASA’s Boeing Crew Flight Test switched gears on Friday and turned their attention to a host of lab maintenance activities. The nine astronauts and cosmonauts living and working aboard the International Space Station focused on spacewalking tools, computer networks, housecleaning, and inspections at the end of the week.

NASA Flight Engineers Tracy C. Dyson, Mike Barratt, and Jeanette Epps joined each other midday Friday and reorganized cargo inside the Unity module ahead of the Aug. 5 arrival of Northrop Grumman’s Cygnus space freighter. Dyson and Barratt then finished the afternoon inside the Quest airlock collecting and stowing tools used during earlier spacewalk preparations.

Epps began her day with NASA astronaut and Starliner Commander Butch Wilmore examining the Permanent Multipurpose Module for open spaces before spending her afternoon exercising. NASA Flight Engineer Matthew Dominick checked the overhead crew quarters in the Harmony module and measured its ventilation system airflows after spending his morning working out.

Wilmore also joined Starliner Pilot Suni Williams and tested cloud network connectivity using a pair of computer tablets linked to mission applications and other computer services. Williams then recorded a video for junior high and high school students demonstrating 3D printing operations in microgravity. Toward the end of the day, the NASA duo called down to Boeing mission personnel and discussed Starliner spacecraft systems and operations. The day before, NASA and Boeing managers provided a Starliner status update during a televised news conference.

Station Commander Oleg Kononenko kicked off his day synchronizing digital cameras with space station clocks.  The five-time visitor to the orbital outpost worked the rest of the day with Flight Engineer Nikolai Chub continuing ongoing inspections in the aft-end of the Zvezda service module. Chub began his day conducting research activities in Zvezda before the inspection work.

The next crew to visit the International Space Station, SpaceX Crew-9, introduced itself today during a televised crew news conference live on NASA TV on Friday. Commander Zena Cardman, Pilot Nick Hague, and Mission Specialists Stephanie Wilson and Aleksander Gorbunov are counting down to a mid-August launch to the orbital lab aboard the SpaceX Dragon Endurance for a six-month mission. Earlier, mission managers from NASA and SpaceX discussed the Crew-9 mission and other upcoming missions to the orbiting lab.
